Tony brought extensive market knowledge of the Mandurah area and shared his professional expertise from the very beginning. He developed a plan to maximise customer viewings and set the price within a realistic range. He also went above and beyond by coordinating with the Strata management and the Bouvard Island committee to arrange a storeroom inspection, even though this was technically outside his scope of responsibility. Last but not least, despite the challenges and hiccups along the way, Tony consistently demonstrated a can-do spirit, resolving issues professionally to ensure the property could settle as originally planned.
