Great communication, knows the market, caring and professional

Thank you Michael and the team at Harcourts Mandurah. We are so grateful for the support and care you gave us from the first conversation through to settlement on the sale of our land. Your communication style was clear, calm and consistent. You kept us informed at every stage, explained what was happening in plain language, and were easy to reach when we had questions. That made the process feel organised and far less stressful. Your market knowledge was evident from the outset. You understood the local land market, helped us think through pricing and presentation, and gave practical advice on how buyers were likely to approach a vacant block. Your negotiation skills were steady and professional. When offers came in you walked us through the terms, outlined the options clearly, and represented our position with care. You helped us move forward with confidence rather than pressure. Your professionalism ran through the whole sale. The listing, buyer enquiries, paperwork and settlement were handled with attention and respect. Nothing felt rushed or left unexplained. From start to finish you and your team looked after the process properly. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and Harcourts Mandurah to anyone selling land. Thank you again for everything.

Right from the Start we found Chelsea to be helpful, well informed of the area and local market. As we were helping elderly parents with this sale the big thing that stood out for us was Chelsea's Compassion and willingness to take the time to make sure that their questions were not only answered but understood. Must say her punctuality you could set your watch by(extremely impressive these days). She assisted/ advised us well through the Negotiation stage of the process and we were happy with the outcome. It is obvious that Chelsea enjoys her job and her professionalism proves this.

Sue gave me good advice and saved me a lot of unnecessary renovation work. Two home opens and received a good offer that I accepted. The house and garden needed a lot of work so I was happy with the offer as I didn’t have to renovate. I have no problems whatsoever recommending Sue to anyone wanting to sell. Easy to talk to and deal with and she lives locally so knows the area. Also deals with a really good settlement agent in landmark settlements. My entire sale and purchase interstate went very smoothly. Go for it. She’s really good.

Had a great experience working with Sue. She was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was always clear and she made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Gemma Bevan was fantastic from start to finish. She sold our property in Pleasant Grove and achieved a great price for us. I required quite a bit of assistance and called Gemma numerous times, and nothing was ever too much trouble. She came over and helped me through the whole process — I truly couldn’t have done it without her. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful experience completely manageable. I would highly recommend Gemma to anyone looking to sell in Mandurah. Thank you so much Gemma.

Kept us up to date with processes, answered questions with knowledge, easy to talk to.

Gavin was great from start to finish. His fees were competitive, he went the extra mile to help with trades and also helped with me being in Perth and the property in Falcon. Easy from start to finish. Thanks for everything Gavin!

Gavin was very knowledgeable, effective and unobtrusive, and I believe obtained the best possible price. It was a pleasurable experience.

I found Sandy to be a warm, friendly and genuine person to work with. Sandy is great at communicating keeping everyone up to date with the status of purchase and very responsive to return messages etc. Thanks Sandy for facilitating the purchase of our new home!

Julie has been very easy to work with. Professional, knowledgeable & friendly. We are very happy with the service we have received. Highly recommend Julie

We found Julie very efficient. She was straight onto improving the online advertising, conducting home opens at prospective purchasers requests and communicated constantly on the progress as well as offering her valued experienced advice. We sold within a week of Julie coming onboard. We would highly recommend Julie to anyone looking to sell. Thank you.
