A combination of conflicting factors combined to create an unnecessarily complicated process for the sale of my property. We'd almost given up trying to sell our beautiful house. It had been on the (volatile) post pandemic market for more than a year and for reasons unknown to all concerned, it still hadn't sold. We'd worked hard to prepare it for sale. As long term owners (over 25 years) we knew every nook and cranny and had created an almost perfect home to pass on to a new (and younger) family. Concerned others reminded us that the market was still volatile but had we thought that perhaps it just wasn't our time? We quickly found a person happy to rent and care for the house long term and began to prepare for the hand-over. At the last moment, Juliet approached us with a request. She'd found an interested buyer "at the 11th hour". She asked us to let her try one last time. We knew it would be hard work for Juliet as we didn't want to "follow the market down" or create a "fire sale" so we agreed without much hope for a successful outcome. However, with her patience and market knowledge she did just that! A successful outcome was exactly what she created at the 11th hour! Professionalism is what Juliet personifies.
