A positive person, who believes the best of people and it does work. People are drawn to her. Let me list her help to me a 72 year old women having to move on her own :- 1. Loaned me a trolley and twice her buggy, so I could get items to the wharf. 2. Rescued me when I was dehydrated, about to collapse and took me to her home, gave me an iced water and a coffee. 3. Came to our book club and gave me a copy of her book. When I left she gave me a copy of" Water Access Only" to remember my experiences on the Scotland Island.

Ryan and Rebecca of LJH Mona Vale recently sold our apartment in Rednal Street. This was our second attempt at selling our apartment through a real estate company, in the last 6 months. From the moment they arrived, we felt confident that they were going to get us a good result. There was complete transparency from the start and the costs for the marketing and advertising were gone through with us in detail. We were surprised that the fee for their auctioneer was 20% less than the previous company. From the start, everything was done for us, from contacting the previous videographer, the photographer, our conveyancer and a host of other things which just took the pressure off us. They couldn't have been more helpful and obliging. Attention to detail was unbelievable from suggestions to remove certain items of furniture, change some paintings to the tweak of the plantation shutter angle, for the photographer! My wife was relieved how appointments were made to maximise every minute of viewing, to save us from tidying up more often than not. Potential buyers were well qualified and brought through at our convenience. With 5 days left before auction, we were amazed at how the pressure was turned up to get buyers through.
