My thanks to Christina for managing the recent sale of my unit in Macquarie Park. From the outset, Christina was well organised and efficiently coordinated all pre marketing activities prior to the property being formally advertised for sale. Throughout the campaign Christina proactively engaged with all prospective buyers and diligently followed up any requests for further information. After each open home, Christina discussed with me in detail how the campaign was progressing and collectively decisions were made in response to buyer feedback. Christina also took the time to explain to a number of first home buyers the sales and auction process so they could understand the steps needed to complete a prospective purchase. Based on my instructions, Christina maintained a high level of transparency with the buyers regarding price guide, settlement terms and other specifics relating to the sale. In order to close the deal and to facilitate a timely exchange of contracts Christina, with little advance notice, drove from the Northern Beaches to the North Shore to enable this to occur whilst both parties were working from home. I would certainly be happy to work with Christina again should I be needing to sell another property.
