Very pleasing process as buyers
We bought a property of Josephine and were very pleased and surprised at how enjoyable the whole process was, especially as we were buyers and not the vendors. Every contact during our multiple inspections and numerous calls was pleasant and at no point did we feel like we were being take advantage of by the agent - which is how many other agents have made us feel during our 6 month property search. The whole process seemed transparent and fair, and has made us so excited to move in to this property. Thank you Josephine.

You will not be disappointed
Ryan Petrie has now sold two houses for us. He is warm, friendly and genuine and we have felt completely relaxed working with him, trusting his judgement, advice and wisdom. Extra Good
Not many agents would have been as polite and patient as Ryan has been with us. We were difficult clients as we put the house up for sale twice before and got cold feet and took it off again. At no time did we feel pressured or a nuisance by Ryan. He dealt with us intelligently and calmly at all times. We have nothing but praise for him and hope he goes far.
