I find it difficult to get answers sometimes, follow up on property issues has been a bit challenging, was charged for a service when it was a neighbour at fault which still hasn’t been rectified even after multiple messages. Charged fees which I was unaware of. Tennants let dogs in the house, leaving it smelling bad even after the bond clean.
