Over the last couple years, my experience with LJH Nerang has been excellent. Dealing with property manager Gareth Chow is an absolute pleasure, he is accurate, professional yet genuine friendly, returns call and emails promptly. I'm very happy to recommend him to any future landlords. The entire team, especially the receptionists are always very courteously and a joy to leave messages, as it shows they get delivered :-)

I received notice of a rent increase for my rental property and the next day I inspected a Unit in Carrara. I lodged an Application on the following Monday & was approved to move in the next Friday - how is that for efficient management by LJ Hooker? The staff I have had contact with have been very friendly and most contact has been via email. What I expected to be a very stressful situation, was less stressful thanks to LJ Hooker at Nerang.

I find it difficult to get answers sometimes, follow up on property issues has been a bit challenging, was charged for a service when it was a neighbour at fault which still hasn’t been rectified even after multiple messages. Charged fees which I was unaware of. Tennants let dogs in the house, leaving it smelling bad even after the bond clean.
