While we thought the upper end of his price range was potentially a bit optimistic, Ewan explained his thinking and matched it up with a strong argument based on up to date market prices achieved in the area. Within 5 days of going on the market we had a choice of several great offers and signed a contract with a qualified buyer for a price that exceeded all our expectations. We couldn't recommend Ewan highly enough, he's definitely the go-to agent for the Carrara/Boonooroo Park area.

Steve snow was absolutely amazing , we have never owned our own home so didn't know the steps of purchasing a house but steve was there everystep of the way . He didn't make us feel silly if we asked lots of questions or didn't know something and he made our first home experiance an amazing one . We actually were considering another house at first but we made the decision to go with Nerang because of steve . Steve Snow was an absolete pleasure to deal with. We were interstate buyers and from the moment we spoke with Steve he was extremely accomodating in helping us with our property purchase.
