This was my first time buying a property and my partners second. Steve was very knowledgable of the area and from the inspection to settlement was fantastic to work with. I would definitely recommend Steve when buying a property and we will certainly be going through Steve when it comes time for us to sell. Very efficient and willing to go that extra mile to make buying a property as stress free as possible. No ask was ever too much for Steve, he was very helpful when organising pest and building and other inspections. Steve Snow was an absolete pleasure to deal with. We were interstate buyers and from the moment we spoke with Steve he was extremely accomodating in helping us with our property purchase. Nothing was too much trouble, even to the point of skyping the property with us and walking us right through the house seeming we were 2000KM away. We felt he gave us a personal tour as if we were there with him.
