Buying my first property and living in NSW I needed to fly to QLD and I felt that Steve had the best knowledge and treated me with respect, I did feel that some of the other real estate seen how young I was and did not take me seriously, LJ Hooker and Steve Snow handled things so well that I am now leasing the property through LJ Hooker. Steve assisted us 6 months in advance with good market feedback and also advice on items around the house that should be completed to get top dollar. I found he was consistent in following up when he said he would and also knew when not to add to much pressure and leave us alone too we were ready!. I found his relaxed manner and tone was comfortable and seemed to connect with a greater group of people who looked at the house. I think also his support team at LJ Hooker Nerang make for a great seamless experience when it's stressful and you have lots going on. I have just purchased another house from a different company. I can say its not too you have experienced some of the other companies out there you realise how professional the team at LJ hooker is and especially Steve.
