Steve assisted us 6 months in advance with good market feedback and also advice on items around the house that should be completed to get top dollar. I found he was consistent in following up when he said he would and also knew when not to add to much pressure and leave us alone too we were ready!. I found his relaxed manner and tone was comfortable and seemed to connect with a greater group of people who looked at the house.
