Vanessa is the Expert
Having brought 21 Stott Crescent from Vanessa 8 years ago, her then knowledge friendliness and understanding of our needs were superb. Needing to down size and deciding to sell Vanessa the local bubbly lady was the only person we would entertain. Giving us a fair appraisal, her knowledge of the market and knowing the house we were over whelmed by the selling price. Working with the buyer and communicating with us the house was sold in record time of 4 hour with contract signed. It did not stop there, Vanessa continued to communicate with us throughout the settlement process. Over and above what one would have expected. This is one amazing lady who knows her trade inside out. I have no hesitation in recommending Vanessa as an agent for anyone who may wish to buy or sell.

Would highly recommend Linda

Trustworthy Agent
We chose Linda as the agent to assist us in selling my mothers home. Linda showed genuine empathy and understanding with regards to our needs and customised the timing of showings in a respectful and thoughtful manner.
