Outstanding
We cannot rate Vanessa highly enough for her help in selling our house. We received excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. Every aspect of the sale was explained to us thoroughly resulting in a totally smooth and worry-free process. She was absolutely fantastic, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others. Truly Amazing
Vanessa was very accurate in her marketing strategy, she was an angel in every way. Her styling tips, for our empty home created a look that suggested to the buyer 'family home'. Vanessa communication skills throughout the process were truly outstanding we knew exactly what was happening at every step. The marketing was handled in a very professional manner, the attention to detail on open house days was fabulous, the home was always opened prior to showing with windows, and curtains letting the natural light highlight the size of the rooms. A long drawn out process, wrong time to sell but that was not Vanessa’s fault
Vanessa kept us updated on every aspect of interest, inspections & feedback. She had a great knowledge of the area but unfortunately due to the current market we did not achieve what our property was valued at when we first listed it.
