Lush and Ali knew we were looking at more than one property, LJH & another Agent, we advised both of our Maximum spend. We attended 2 Auctions 1st 1 prior to our purchased property going on the market with the other Agent. Comparing the two Agents Lush & Ali behaved with the upmost decorum and professionalism, a warm welcome at open houses, quick responses to questions, offers etc. [The other Agent was rude, made uncalled for comments, was not pleasant to deal with and used unbearable pressure at Auction.] The Auction for our purchase Lush and Ali worked tirelessly for their Vendor, at the same time not making US the buyers feel pressured. Once the purchase was made Ali came out in the Rain at a time convenient for our whole family to attend putting up the SOLD sign, getting wet while he made sure everyone was in the photo Since settlement both Lush & Ali have followed up the moving in etc GREAT AFTER SALES I would thoroughly recommend LJH Padstow to anyone wishing to sell and or purchase a home
