We set Lush a very difficult task, which he not only met but exceeded all of our expectations on. He had 2.5 weeks to market and sell the house AND get top dollar for it. In that timeframe, he managed to get over 60 individual groups through the property, handed out over 30 contracts to interested buyers, resulting in a packed backyard on auction day with (I think) 9 registered bidders. He devised a great strategy for the auction, resulting in bidding zooming past our reserve in the first 4 minutes. It sold in 10 minutes well above our expectations. Lush has a great, reliable team supporting him throughout the process. His expertise, knowledge and patience with a pair of inexperienced vendors was greatly appreciated. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
