Fantastic Agent!
Lush Pillay recently sold our house in Picnic Point. If we could rate higher than 5 star we certainly would! Lush went above and beyond with his communication of every thing leading up to our auction. His team is also amazing! There was never any passing it to someone else, when we asked a question they were immediately on it. Lush kept us updated regularly. We call him "The Quietly Confident Agent"! He (and his team) are so personable and made us feel comfortable (as we all know selling your home is a stressful time)! Very professional

Nice man with a lovely attitude
There was little time for face to face talks to exchange views and to consider what input the vendor might have. I believe the vendor's knowledge of some small details could make positive contribution to the sales pitch. In short, the vendor should be listened to and not simply be addressed on the phone!

Lush's knowledge, communication and friendly nature make him a pleasure to work with!
As a young family, the idea of selling our first home brought lots of worry, stress and the realisation that we needed guidance. But Lush made the whole process stress free. His knowledge coupled with his friendly demeanour meant that we were put at ease, and his high level of communication meant that we always knew where we stood without any false expectations. The marketing plan he suggested was above and beyond that than other agents had recommended but we feel that ultimately made a huge impact. His guidance and negotiation skills towards the end, got us a better result than we could have hoped for and we could not fault a thing about the process. Well organised Agency
After dealing with a lot of Real Estate agents over the years, can say that Lush and his team run a efficent and professional team. Each team member has a job to do and they do the task well. Lush concentrates on what is important, that is getting the punters in the door. Leaving the administration to his team. The sales process ran like clockwork. That only comes from an experienced outfit, they have all been working together for years, which is unusal to find in Real Estate.
