Excellent service, above & beyond.
Sam was a pleasure to have as our real estate agent. I would highly recommend Sam, He put so much effort into making sure every thing was right, He never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. Sam was able to give us a quick sale & for a great price. He was able to fit in with our busy lives making every thing as easy as it could be, taking all the stress away. Hassle free experience selling my property
I have known Troy for many years, so there was no question about who I would approach to sell my property. Troy always presents himself as a complete professional. Troy is very knowledgeable and I was confident in his abilities each step of the way, despite my property taking longer than expected to sell. I would attribute this not to lack of application, but simply timing of the market. Troy's communication is fantastic, he never left me wondering about anything and was always prompt in answering my questions and allaying my concerns. My initial ideas about how much my property was worth weren't really on par with the market, Troy was able to demonstrate how I could achieve more and I thought that was great. Although we didn't absolutely get to that magic number, Troy worked pretty damn hard to get close to something I was both satisfied and relieved with. I would definitely speak to Troy if selling again and I'm more than happy to recommend him to others.

Highly recommended
Sam went above and beyond for both the vendor and I to facilitate this sale. Even though my finance took much longer than expected, the vendor made a comment that throughout the whole process she felt calm as Sam always kept her fully up to date on all progress and set backs. Couldn’t recommend Sam any more
