Just letting people know that we were completely happy with our Agent Sam Paynter of L.J.Hookers in Pakenham. Our house sold rather quickly, like in about 2 days, but the Purchaser's bank went through an awful lot of red tape and hold-ups. All parties were getting rather stressed out as we were asked for extension after extension, but good old Sam held things together for us and took up the slack. He kept chasing up the latest developments and ringing us all back all the time. We couldn't have asked for any more help or attention. Nothing was too much trouble! We would highly recommend Sam to any intending buyers or sellers. He will do all the hard work for you and certainly earn his money.
