Great Communicator
Would recommend Sam to any prospective seller in a heartbeat. He was well informed of market conditions and realistic in his appraisal. His method of sale was effective, he kept us well informed throughout he process and we achieved a fast result. A truely telling sign is the fact that our purchasers went on to use Sam to sell their property, a great indication that he is fantastic to deal with from either side.

We weren’t happy with our first agent we engaged to sell our house, so we got Sam on the job. He went above and beyond our expectations. A little disappointed
Was very disappointed on the final inspection as I was running a little late 8 minutes to be exact..... Sam opened the front door and said just lock it on your way out He had another appointment to be at I was very disappointed but I can say he was good with the purchase side of it but again what agent doesn’t want to make sure a sale goes through

Jack kept me well and truely informed the entire time. No hour was too late and his main priority was indeed my experience. The outcome was nothing short of positive.
