We asked for Peter’s advice regarding selling our property. We had thought of selling in September but with the arrival of Covid-19 and the prospective uncertain times ahead we believed we should go early in March and go hard. Within a week all the photos and copy were prepared and the property went online for sale. In 4 weeks it was sold after only one proper open inspection before they were disallowed. With a few private inspections and Peter’s excellent negotiating skills the right buyer was found and we agreed a price. If the property market does in fact hit a difficult patch in the coming months we believe we have done well to achieve a strong sale price reasonably close to the guide price. If we waited there is a chance we could be unable to sell for close to the achieved price for months or even years. We trust Peter and his team 100%. They take the time to know and understand their vendor and all interested parties. It is a skill to put people at ease with straight talking and professionalism.
