It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Peter. He came across as an honest and very truthful agent, who genuinely cared about us finding the right property. Peter was very honest about the pluses and minuses of the property, so as purchasers, we bought knowing what we were getting into. Post purchase, we are still over the moon with. Peter is a knowledgeable leader in the northern beaches real estate industry. For our sale he showed excellent understanding of Palm Beach market (both competing houses and types of buyers who would be a good fit for our cottage. Advice received around the campaign (minimal spend outside what was required) and the negotiation was high calibre. Peter spelt out the position of my house for sale very clearly, where it sat in the market and what i could expect to sell it for and how to to prepare the property for sale. He kept in close regular touch during the sale period and always returned my phone calls. He provided detailed revues on a weekly basis as to who inspected the house , what they commented and why.
