David is very professional and experienced. He has had a very long career in the Palm/Whale Beach area and it shows. I don’t think there is anything David doesn’t know about the area and market. His client base allowed for us to sell our house so quickly we didn’t even have time to market it. Many agents promise this as an option but few can deliver. Peter was punctual to all our onsite meetings, professional and very pleasant to deal with. This is the same with all of his support team, preparing the property for inspection and keeping the communication up to date and just generally moving things forward. However the standout in our experience was Peter's knowledge of the local market, the potential purchasers in this market and how best to market our particular property. In our case we were able to sell our waterfront property before going to a formal campaign because Peter already had a significant list of potential purchasers that he felt would match well with what we had to sell in the right price range. All in all a very positive experience.
