It was a lucky day for me when the charming lady at LJ Kooker Coolangatta listened to my needs and said I think you will find Leanne and Bob at Palm Beach will have something to suit you. Leanne and Bob have a welcoming ambience and after about 4 Saturday viewings Damon Lewis guided me to the perfect unit for me. Their assistance at all times courteous and painstaking A great team effort. Thanks

Leanne is an amazing agent to deal with! She has been a pleasure to work with and very easy going. I would 100% go with Leanne if we ever sell

Leanne never stopped supporting us during a difficult sales period. Although the market was declining she continued relentlessly with open home inspections and following up potential buyers. We were so pleased that she found a buyer that loved our property as much as we did.

Could not recommend David enough from a Buyers perspective. I think he is extremely reliable, I could call him (within reason) at anytime and I’d get a response within the hour. He would walk us through each process and I wouldn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. I feel David is one of the few realestate agents I have enjoyed working with, he is extremely relatable and I would recommend family/friends to go through him in the future.

Helen went above and beyond to ensure I received the best result possible from the sale of my home. She have me invaluable advice on how best to present my home for sale and helped me realise that I should engage professionals to style my home without being critical of my personal style. Helen has a very personal yet professional approach. She kept me fully informed and was always available for the many questions I had always responding promptly to phone calls, texts and emails. Helen helped me to set realistic expectations for the market value of my home by using her extensive knowledge of the market and conducting research on current and past sales. She fully informed herself about other properties on the market by attending open homes and discussing the other properties with her colleagues. This is the second time Helen has sold a property for me and I would highly recommend Helen to anyone looking for an agent they can trust to achieve a great result for them.

Helen made selling a great experience with her personable, yet professional nature. Her communication was on point, and we were always kept in the loop with all the details that we needed. She assisted the buyers and ourselves in reaching an amicable agreement, and we are grateful for her assistance in the whole process.

Helen has an excellent knowledge of the area and guided me through the house purchasing system in Queensland which is quite different to NSW. She also displayed excellent customer relation skills to both the seller and buyer providing advice and reassurance throughout. Thank you Helen.
