Dave works really hard and will hustle to get sellers the best price, while nurturing the buyer relationship, which I think is a great attribute. He kept us in the loop during the whole process, texting us through every offer as it came through, and calling us to provide updates and feedback. Dave was very patient and we didn't feel pressured or rushed.
