David was brilliant, everything I hoped for in an agent. Honest, reliable and extremely punctual. Communication was excellent, he was always available and I don't think I ever went more than a couple of minutes before I got a reply. I'd heard selling a property can be a very stressful process so having constant communication is very important in my opinion. The whole process wasn't stressful at all, and Dave kept me updated every step of the way (Im interstate too). He has a "get at it" attitude and doesn't mess around. Awesome campaign strategy and brought me multiple offers in the first 2 weeks and got me a great price for the property. I'd highly recommend him to my family and friends.

David’s initial meeting with me when I requested an Appraisal for our house left me with a lasting impression that David is the one - his communication skills are impeccable, he was clear and precise about explaining the whole process in selling our home. David has regularly communicated with me along the way , he is extremely pleasant and easy to talk to. David is highly professional in every way and when my husband suggested we contact another agent just to have a comparison , I strongly argued that David is ‘THE ONE’ as he is genuine and does not promise anything he cannot deliver ! David achieved a result for us that was beyond our expectations and are extremely grateful . If I could rate David a million stars for what he has done , I would .
