I initially listed my home through purple bricks and after 4 weeks and one lot of feedback from the agent I decided to go to a well known and recommended agent. After I contacted David and explained my current agents lack of service he immediately started going through his database of prospective buyers and contacted me within the hour to advise some suitable buyers. After the first open home he secured a contract subject to the sale of their property with a clause allowing other offers in the interim which protected my best interest. He continued to do regular open homes right though until the contract was unconditional and gave daily updates on enquires and feedback. David is definitely passionate about the industry and I have since recommended him for family looking to sell and I would definitely engage his services in the future.
