I had the unfortunate experience of my younger sister dying suddenly and myself being the executor of the will. I always thought that it would be an easy job as I am a business owner in Ulladulla (3-4 hour away from Penrith). Well it turned into a disaster to say the least and that's when I contacted Matt O'Farrell from LJ Hooker Penrith. He really was my right hand man at Penrith. Everything I asked for he obliged with in spades, organised tradies and workmen at the site, checked on the work done in his own personal time and corresponded info back to me. I didn't even have to travel up once, he kept forwarding photos. As a business owner I am a firm believer in communication as the main USP of a business and this bloke has that. I was always wary of used car salesmen and real estate salesmen but Matt won me, I am extremely thankful to him and his staff at LJ Hooker Penrith. I realise that they get paid for the work but be went well beyond and deserves everything he earns.
