Given that Melissa was new to the role in sales she was very professional when it came to dealing with us and particularly the tenants in our property. In this instance I think it was a very important role to keep everyone happy with the stressful situation when it comes to selling. Melissa had a great repour with tenants which then made the selling process non stressful. Even at times when Melissa was not available the office staff were very helpful. Matthew was approachable, considerate, professional and dedicated to the sale. He went above and beyond what was expected of a real estate agent with his advice and expertise. As we did not live close to the house being sold, he took on extra responsibility to save us from additional travel. He was very considerate of the fact that the owners were moving into a nursing home and was able to recommend a suitable builder to help with some repairs and a cleaning company who did an excellent job on preparing the property for sale. Matthew was also excellent at communicating with us to ensure we were informed at every stage of the process. We would highly recommend Matthew to any future clients.
