Lance did not follow through with his comments throughout our interactions over the past year with the purchase of this property e.g. telling us he could call if a rental offer came in (which he didn't), sorting out the hot water control units in all bathrooms upon pre-purchase inspection (which he didn't, and are still not working) and even saying he would drop over a welcome gift after our quite expensive property purchase (which he didn't). Our name was also incorrect on multiple documents even after pointing out numerous times.

From my first appointment it was about the product, what I had to do to get the property ready for Market and what he would help me with and what I would have to do myself.
