The presentation of the house was improved immeasurably thanks to her ability to predict the response of potential buyers. This was the first property we bought many years ago and the first property that we sold. Karen explained how the sale process would work including what she was going to pay for and what we were going to pay for. We interviewed a total of seven local agents and we knew right from the beginning that Karen was the one that would look after our interests the best. Karen is a great listener as all our suggestions were incorporated into the final marketing package.
