We had a fantastic experience working with Peter Stone as our real estate agent. Peter’s patience, courtesy, and gentlemanly demeanor were truly remarkable throughout the entire process of selling our house. This was the second property he sold for us, and both times were during challenging market conditions. Peter’s tireless efforts and dedication ensured that we not only met our sales goals but even exceeded our dream price. I am sincerely grateful to Peter for making our next life step a reality. Highly recommended!

Karen provides excellent personal service. She is professional but also very approachable and friendly. Karen's market knowledge is excellent and we felt that her understanding of property and her experience in our area and in the Redlands was of great benefit. We would highly recommend Karen to any prospective seller.

So glad I kept that 2 year old letter box flyer. I contacted three such people but Karen was the only one who did what we asked and continued to provide a very efficient, helpful service. She listened to and took on board what we wanted and did not preach to us. Over the last 30 years we have bought and sold several properties and Karen is the only agent who actually worked for us and not themselves.

It had been over 20 years since I had bought or sold a property. Unfortunately due to losing a loved one a family decision was made to sell their townhouse. I felt out of my comfort zone now having to deal with the real estate market after so many years. LJ Hooker at Cleveland made the process so smooth and stress free. I cannot find enough words to compliment this great team ... Tony Webber, Chloe Peters and Ian Shortell. They were a pleasure to work with and nothing was too much trouble - thankyou. Honest, reliable, local knowledge, excellent communication and negotiating skills and regular updates. Very happy with the result - sold for more than expected. Had a contract within 24 hours and more buyers were interested to purchase. Very grateful to Tony and Chloe for their guidance and professionalism throughout the whole process from beginning to end. Tony is "Jack of all Trades" and I really appreciated all his assistance in getting the townhouse ready for sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tony and Chloe to vendors and buyers.

Karen has been fantastic to deal with the whole time we were in negotiation to purchase a property she had listed. Karen went out of her way on a number of occasions to allow out of hrs viewing so all the family could view the property, which was important to us. I would have no hesitation in asking Karen to sell for us at some stage in the future and have found the whole experience of purchasing thru her to be a very positive one.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Karen to purchase our first dream home. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, she and team LJ HOOKER were professional. They were highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, Tony came through with their commitment to excellence and made special arrangement too. Their negotiation skills were first-rate – they consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible. Throughout our journey she demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation. At the end, I would say thank you team LJ HOOKER. Good luck 👍

Being interstate investors and not having a close personal relationship with a real estate salesperson in the Thornlands region we had some concern on who should represent us with the sale of our property. Paul’s strong communication skills put our emotions at ease. He was strong with his recommendations and guidance. Highly recommended.

Rachel sold my mother’s property and was always available and attentive through the whole process. The sale was in a timely manner and her communication level during the entire time, was very high. If you are looking for someone who will help take the stress out of selling or buying, then do yourself a favour and call Racheal. She goes that extra mile and truly cares about getting you the best result!

I recommend Courtney Brown as an estate agent. Courtney is full of optimism but also tells it as it is. She is a great networker and very professional in her work. It was totally comforting to have her expertise and guiding hand in the sale of my property.
