Nyree Ewings was punctual and professional in showing me the property I was interested in and facilitated a smooth buying process. Of course Nyree was representing the Seller so there was the usual “pressure” to talk up the price which I find frustrating when you have at last found a property you really like that ticks most of your boxes. I had to rely on my own research and experience of recently viewing dozens of other properties to come up with an offer price that I was reasonably happy with considering how property prices are still very much overinflated. I would like to comment that I don’t think a “Buyer’s review” is really relevant here unless the Agent is acting as your “Buyer’s Agent”. The Agent is after all legally acting on behalf of the Seller and will therefore do what they can to achieve the highest sale price possible. If I was a Seller though I would of course highly recommend Nyree to handle the sale, and her successful track record is second to none.

NB - this review is for Ian Shortell who was the agent facilitating the sale and home viewings. Ian is the kind of agent who you want to work with during such as a significant experience. He was pleasant, respectful and communicative right through the process. We asked for a couple of private viewings after first seeing the property and Ian was only too happy to oblige. Ian is extremely knowledgeable about the Redlands area and shared local insights with us, as newcomers to the area. We had a number of questions that we needed answers to and Ian either provided a satisfactory response or quickly sought to find out for us. In summary, we would definitely recommend Ian as one of the best real estate agents we have dealt with. It was a pleasure to have met him. Thank you Ian and LJH for a smooth purchasing experience. Rachael was unbelievably helpful. She assisted my Mum on her moving day. Removalist didn’t show and settlement was looking to be delayed as a result. Rachael called around and secured a removalist late in the day and ensured settlement went through. She also got her own drill and dismantled the bed! Although the property we were selling is in a locality that Corinne does not usually operate in, her initial meeting and discussion with us showed that she had done a lot of research into the area, and was very well-informed on all the important aspects necessary to promote the sale of our property, and she clearly outlined the steps involved in the marketing and sale of our property. Corinne is a genuine people-person, and we connected immediately with her positive and energetic personality and open communication style.
