Corinne was an all encompassing force in making the sale of our house happen despite the many obstacles placed before her. Corinne’s dedication to strive for the best outcome in selling our property was evident and she started by helping us get the house ready with local contacts for what needed to be done. We could not be happier with her efforts for the entire process, working around my health issues and the extraordinary time constraints that made open homes and private inspections difficult. Corinne excelled through all this and even helped with tidying up the house at short notice for private and FaceTime inspections, and her thoughtfulness with bringing me flowers and coffee to cheer me up, was very much appreciated. A perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness, nothing is too much trouble for her. Corinne conducts herself with the ultimate degree of integrity, genuine care, and the added bonus is her quick wit and sense of humour. She had us in hysterics a lot of the time, which was so welcome considering what we’ve been going through. She always provided clear lines of communication, and was contactable 7 days a week, day or night. She really sets a very high bar for other agents. After recently selling a property with Karen and her team, it was a pleasant surprise to see that Ian Shortell was conducting the property inspections at a property we were interested in purchasing. Upon meeting Corinne we weren't at the point of selling - just yet!! Corinne was an absolute pleasure to meet and she instantly fell in love with our home. Her words were "I could sell off market today"! But there was that little issue of that we were not ready to move and not wanting to rent anywhere. Thinking that we would still have time - Corinne exceeded our expectations and did find us a buyer who was also prepared to rent back to us for 6 months! - Exceptional!! This lovely lady will look after you and probably will make you homeless!!
