We were very fortunate to have first met Karen at a viewing for another property that we didn't like, because later on I saw a listing under her name for a property that did appeal. In no time at all she had arranged a viewing (not an easy task in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic). Ian then took over the baton from Karen and arranged a follow up viewing, and helped facilitate the Building and Pest inspections. Ian is a very knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate Agent, and Karen kept reassuring us that she would do everything she could to make our offer work. Although the Estate Agents work for the Seller, it felt like Karen was pulling for us as Buyers too. We are very excited to have been able to purchase a property we like so much in an area we really want to live in. Karen had a lead role in enabling this to happen. A heartfelt thank you, Karen.
