Mid 2015 we arranged for an appraisal of our property as we had decided to move to the Sunshine Coast. We contacted Karen Renouf for two reasons, the first being that she had sold the property to us six years ago and we had been impressed by her at that point. Since moving to the area we have constantly seen Karen's signs on properties in the area and surrounding suburbs and have always been impressed by the seemingly short period of time between a 'For Sale' sign going up and the 'Sold' sign appearing. For those reasons we didn't hesitate to arrange for Karen to do an appraisal for us. She visited and discussed the current market, past market and how she felt we should proceed going forward. Her knowledge, research and professionalism is impressive to say the least and early this year (2016) we again contacted Karen when all systems were go to place our property on the market. All our dealings with her have been excellent and she has ensured that the process has been without stress. The photographs taken for the website looked great and we had two offers on the very first day!! By the evening we had accepted an offer for our asking price and a week later we were unconditional!!! The purchase of that property was a bit bumpy for us but finally got there. Nyree helped a lot with the extensions we always required because of a bad first experience with a mortgage broker. The next one we got was absolutely helpful and had lots of knowledge , but he had to change contracts again because of the new advice given and generally go through time extensions etc. Nyree was patient, supporting and negotiating good with the previous house owners. With the great help and negotiation of her and of the second mortgage broker we got, we finally got there!
