I have been working with Nyree for approx. 10 months, selling my mother's townhouse at Cleveland. Cleveland has many units for sale and with a lot of new unit developments happening, the market was very competitive. Nyree worked tirelessly selling the townhouse, having open inspections every Saturday, listing the property as an open inspection every week in the local newspaper, always letting me now when the next inspection was happening. Nyree sent updated market reports every week. She always kept me up to date in regard to the open inspections as well as comments from potential buyers. However, what I liked most about Nyree was her honestly and her non-aggressive way of being a real estate agent. She was not pushy, false or pretentious. Nyree was always very easy to talk to and suggested ways to make the property more appealing and viable to potential buyers. Nyree was recommended to me by a friend as she had sold their property at Ormiston. I would certainly recommend Nyree to anyone wanting to sell a property.
