Hi. Jo Henwood has been my property manager for 6+ years and has looked after my rental property like it is hers. She is very good at communicating and when I had 2 x tenants that caused damage, Jo took control and handled the process with Terri Scheer and contractors very professionally. I have other investments properties and Jo consistently is a better communicator and works for me. If Jo ever left LJ Hookers, I would not hesitate to follow her to her next company.

Over the years Jo has been very pleasant to deals with and she has an excellent understanding of the expectations that i require from her in managing my property and the tenants. It is important to the homeowner that the property manager just doesn't send an email at 4:59 on a Friday afternoon about any issues with the property and then dent answer the phone until Monday. Joe is the first to pick up the phone and ring me telling me she is about to send a email to me and explains the information to me rather than just sending the email which i had experience for many years in your business. Joe is a great example of what a homeowner in the rental sector required and LJ Hooker should use her as an example for the rest of the property managers. Keep up the excellent work JOE!!!!

I found all the staff at the office always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and dealt with my issues and concerns in a timely manner. In particular Liz Stewart is excellent as a property manager. I can attest to her professional work ethic . She helped and explained to me anything I needed to know. This was always done in a timely manner too.

Kirsten is beyond accommodating, taking all of the hard work out of owning an investment property.
