My experience with Emerald since first meeting several months ago has been wonderful. Initially I was viewing houses to rent with my adult grand-daughter and when circumstances changed, Emerald followed through on her offer to keep her "feelers" out for a one bedroom unit just suitable for myself. I found her product knowledge vast & commendable, with always advising if a property was already leased & truthfully saying at that stage nothing was available.
