Just a quick but overdue thank you note to let you know how amazed we have been with your high levels of service in helping us secure a tenant for our first investment property at 10 Outlook Court, Kallangur. Jo was recommended to us as a property manager through multiple Facebook recommendations. Whilst we understand Jo will be our ongoing property manager once we settle in, our primary interactions so far have been with Kirsten in her role as BDM to on-board us as new clients to the agency. We understand that bringing us on is a massive undertaking as new landlords with a newly purchased property with many matters to be covered including liaison with the selling agent. We do not live in the area and have not seen the property. We have had to rely heavily on Kirsten’s assistance with identifying and resolving issues encountered with the property. Our property required more maintenance than we initially anticipated and during this time, Kirsten has been incredibly helpful going well above and beyond all our expectations. Security cameras installed at the property needed to be investigated and Kirsten even arranged for a colleague to enter the roof space on more than one occasion. The most important factor for us being remote is communication. Kirsten’s communication with us has been nothing short of exceptional – prompt, clear and concise, proactive, professional and regular. Overall, Kirsten’s service has gone above and beyond our expectations and we can’t speak highly enough of the service provided to us since our first interaction. We joke that you have more than earnt the letting fee! We would be more than happy to recommend the services of your agency when possible.
