We had a challenges with selling our property because we needed to stay in it until a certain date and then be out soon after yet at the same time have the security of the place being sold. This meant a long settlement period. I was dealing with cancer treatment also and Alex ensured that Covid protocols were adhered to and despite the house needing some work he showed numerous people through and got us a great price with no fuss.
