It was suggested by my property manager that I should sell my house in Herberton. I agreed and Alex got involved. He quickly took a heap of pictures and suggested a price I agreed to. His communication was as great as his way he dealt all the other things regarding the sale - The house had a tenant in it at the time - and I was very happy with the way things were going. Always keeping me up to date. He also recommended a Settlement agent for me, which made the settlement a breeze. If I had another property in the Herberton area, I would deffently ask Alex to help out again.
