I found Alex to be very helpful and polite - and easy to deal with.
Alex recommended a selling price which we stuck to and within four weeks we had a signed contract close to the anticipated price. He always got back to me promptly when I had a query or requested any feedback. Selling a property is always stressful but Alex helped make it easier.

LJ Hooker should be very pleased that you have a Senior Sales Consultant like Alex Payne to represent your Company. Alex is the full package. His appearance and presentation from top to toe is excellent, and he is very natural, easy going, easy to talk to, and very approachable. He was very intuitive as to what we desired from of the sale of our house and his guidance was outstanding, very knowledgeable and helpful in every regard. Other agents who approached us to sell our home were nowhere near as professional as Alex.
