I have been working with Natalie for many years. If she moves agencies, so does my business, which speaks volumes about the trust and confidence I have in her. Natalie takes exceptional care of the properties she manages, while also showing kindness and respect towards tenants. She strikes the perfect balance between protecting the interest of landlords and maintaining positive tenant relationships. Her proactive communication is A+. When urgent matters arise, Natalie always phones to discuss and then follows up in email to ensure everything is promptly addressed. Her professionalism and genuine care make her an absolute pleasure to work with. She makes property management for landlords feel stress-free! Natalie really knows her stuff when it comes to the local market. She gave us spot-on insights right from the start and set super realistic expectations, so we always felt confident we were in safe. Natalie has such an awesome personality and is so easy to talk to. Her communication was flawless the whole way through—she kept us updated constantly and was always just a quick text or call away whenever we had questions She was incredibly professional but also so warm, accommodating, and interactive with us and our kids. She went out of her way to make the whole family feel included, which took a massive amount of stress out of the entire process. We honestly can’t recommend Natalie enough! If you want an agent who is professional, amazing with families, and just a genuinely lovely person to work with, she is definitely the one
