Elizabeth Curtis has been a great property manager for my property although she just joined the firm. There was a transition from a previous property manager to her when I was in the middlement of settlement of my property purchase. She has been great in managing some of the initial renovations done on the property for the initial listing for leasing. Strongly recommended.

I recently engaged Sonya and the LJ Hooker Mareeba team to manage my investment property and the onboarding process has been nothing short of excellent. From preparing the lease to coordinating the pre-settlement inspection and tenant move-in, Sonya was proactive, responsive, and clear in her communication. She handled all the initial arrangements efficiently, keeping me well-informed at every step. As a landlord setting up remotely, I felt reassured and supported throughout the process.
