As a property owner, I have been kept in the loop with excellent communication on day to day running of my properties. Notification of the daily wear and tear of the properties has made the ownership a pleasure. The knowledge in getting a tradesman to fix the problems and her communication skills have been a blessing . She has also been a fabulous help during a major plumbing incident in one of the flats due to wear and tear. Her attention and quick response to the disaster enabled the breakage in the plumbing to be mended quickly and thoroughly saving time, money for repairs and damage has been minimal considering everything. Her attendance when the insurance inspector came to investigate the damage was a real comfort to me .
