I wanted to take a moment to thank James, and his team for their hard work and dedication to us to help sell our home. Selling our home in regional WA was a difficult and sad choice for us, as we love WA so much, however we needed to move back to our hometown in Victoria. As we didn't need to sell our home quickly, James provided us with a range of realistic goals that we could accomplish, before our listing date, to achieve our desired listing price and then hopefully be offered our preferred sale price. If we had chosen not to take his recommendations, we knew we would not achieve anywhere near what we potentially could have achieved due to the cluttered and unkempt nature of a lived in home. Advice that was very welcomed! Having multiple children (ENOUGH SAID), chickens that had destroyed our back yard, a tradie husband (with a garage full of stuff), and a home business, (a whole section of the house dedicated to yarn and fabric) the house was a cluttered mess! We cleared our clutter, repainted the entire house, laid new lawn and made the house look "ready to move into" for prospective new buyers. James and his team were amazing the whole way through the pre sale, sale and sold process. Communiation was our main success story with Jame and his team. Any issue, question, or query we had was met with consideration and genuine and personalized answers. James was very quick to message any progress, issues or updates as soon as he was in knowledge of them. He communicated efficiently all presale correspondence, offer correspondence, under offer correspondence, sale correspondence and post sale correspondence. We are very grateful for everything Steve had done for the sale of our house. Moving interstate and having a new born baby, our timeline was not the easiest to work with. Steve met with us multiple time, answered all our questions tirelessly and worked out our campaign schedule. Plans always change, our first buyers had finance issues and the deal was falling through. When we thought all was doom and gloom Steve saved the day again. Steve and his brother Danny found us new buyers promptly and we couldn’t have been happier with the final results. When we were intestate Steve looked after our house and we knew our property was safe when he was around. Tim was an excellent real estate agent to deal with during the whole process of buying our property in Busselton.
