Braedy demonstrated why his is the best in the hills. He managed to secure a sale within a few weeks of listing the property and had great knowledge of the apartment building and secured previous sales in the same unit block which gave me confidence. The communication was excellent all the way through. Very happy with the outcome

I would to sincerely thank Braedy Milledge for all the hard work and dedication in selling my apartment. Selling property in the current market was certainly not easy, especially with the uncertainty around the recent government changes. There were times when I was worried about how long it would take and whether we would achieve a good result. Their persistence , knowledge and commitment made a big difference. Thank you Braedy Milledge for going above and beyond. I would happily recommend you to anyone who looking for an agent who genuinely cares about they client and gets the job done.
