From our first phone call David was professional, friendly, down to earth and never made us feel like we were just another player in the trying to buy a house game. Although as an agent selling the property and having the sellers best interests at heart, he never made us feel this way and was very supportive in the process and was never pushy in the way other agents can be. I was impressed with David and his company (LJHOOKER) throughout the sale of property. He gave a reasonable estimate and outline of the marketing plan for the sale. He was able to secure a sale in a very short time because of the resources available to him re client data base and knowledge of marketing.
