We can't thank David and his team enough for all the hard work they put in to the sale of our property. Selling your home can be a pretty stressful time, especially selling by auction but not once did we experience this with David and Mishy. Their communication was excellent, they listened to our needs and their sound knowledge of the market and auction experience made the whole process run smoothly. Without doubt I know we achieved the best price and that result was down to David and Mishy's negotiation skills. My husband and I couldnt recommended the services of David highly enough. He helped us to sell a unit belonging to my husbands parents at a time when it was very difficult as they were both entering aged care. David was always prompt, communicated well and honestly about the sale of the unit and achieved a very good sales outcome. He is very approachable and easy to deal with and did a lot of extra things for us as well which we didnt expect but greatly appreciated. Rob helped me through what turned out to be an unusually difficult purchase , with a sitting tenant and the vendor in WA ,we failed to settle on the appointed day but Rob got the owner to agree to allow me to move in which saved me a lot of cash on removals and storage and hotel bills.
