My first impression of David was as a genuine and sincere professional who was happy to speak transparently about the property he was engaged to sell. I appreciated his honesty and frankness. It was refreshing to speak to an agent who appeared not to have a hidden agenda. Not only do I have a lasting high opinion of his service, his assistant Michael rolled up his sleeves on our settlement date to help move boxes inside for us! Unheard of. Hi Dan Alexander has been great to deal with We purchased a property from Dan in late March and he was easy to deal with, fair in his assessment of the property and a great help to us and the seller on auction day. We also have just sold a property with Dan - he put the For Sale sign up on Weds and had the place sold by Sunday at a price that even we were surprised at.
